Product Description

Product Description

Carbon Dioxide CO2 Absorber for Hospital Medical Equipment Anesthesia Machine Anesthesia System
The main content of Minstrong CO2 absorber is Calcium Hydroxide, except for CO2 absorbing, it can also be used as a desiccant (calcium oxide acts as a desiccant), which can be used to dry neutral gases such as oxygen, and can also be used to dry alkaline gases such as ammonia. At the same time, it can also be used to absorb acid gases, such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. If only sodium hydroxide is present, this desiccant cannot be used at higher temperatures, because sodium hydroxide can react with the most commonly used glass instruments in the laboratory (the main component is silica) and corrode the instruments. A small amount of methane produced in the laboratory can be co-heated with soda lime and sodium acetate (sodium acetate) to generate sodium carbonate and methane.

Application: Used as CO2 Absorber in Medical, military,
diving, mining and safety

Questions You May Care About

1) Can I get sample?
In order to help you know our products better, our factory would like to offer free sample after mutual communication.

2) How to replace catalysts/absorber of other brands?
Minstrong catalyst and absorber has excellent performance and low bulk specific gravity. You can achieve the same effect by replacing other brand catalysts/absorber with the same volume, and you can save 1/3 of the cost.

3) How do I determine the specification and dosage of the catalyst/absorber?
According to your working conditions, we can select catalysts or absorber with appropriate specifications and calculate reasonable dosages.

4) How can I compare the cost of catalyst/absorber?
Catalysts are not consumable materials, and are generally calculated according to volume. It is necessary to calculate the comprehensive cost of catalysts based on important factors such as specific gravity, catalytic efficiency, and service life, and at the same time assess the technical and service capabilities of suppliers to prevent after-sales risks

5) What should I do if I don't know how to use the catalyst/absorber?
We will design a reasonable process flow according to your working conditions, and provide you with one-stop services such as catalyst selection, test plan formulation, device design and manufacture, and on-site commissioning.
